Anime

Anime is japanese cartoons. It is one of my favorite pastimes to do when i am not busy with school. I watch it every friday as a way to chill after a long week of class and homework. There are so many different genres of anime that everybody can find something they love. also shows most shows are dubbed into english, so people do not have to worry about reading subtitles. I have spent close to 500 hours of my life watching anime. My favorite show of all time is Sword Art Online. It is an action fantasy anime that is about people stuck in a video game and have to beat the game to get out. If the characters die in the game they die in real life.

Conventions

In 2019 I started attending anime conventions with my friends. At these conventions are panels on different subjects around anime and voice actors will come and talk their characters. As someone who likes voice acting and wants to pursuit it in the anime industry I find it really enjoyable. I get to see everybody's cosplays of their favorite characters. I partake in cosplaying too. It is fun designing the costume and seeing others reaction of it. I now go to one every year to see and hang out with fellow anime watchers.
